Founded in 2011 by Lourdes Porredón and Diana Álvarez, Bitacora’s Tourism Representation Services is a boutique company specialized in the luxury tourism segment.
We assist independent luxury hotels and unique destination management companies in achieving maximum exposure in key European markets, such as Spain and Portugal.
Our philosophy is to provide personalized services to each of our clients by becoming an extension of their Sales and Marketing team. Based on passion and a deep understanding of the market, our team delivers a robust, tailored service designed to meet individual needs, with the goal of creating strong brand recognition and significant financial return.
